Arran Skills Initiative – Island Solutions Webinar
Sheridan Waldon, Skills Coordinator at Arran CVS, recently took part in a webinar which focused on the Arran Skills Initiative. The session was specifically aimed at businesses and employers, addressing the labour and skills shortages on the island. It explored a partnership approach to tackling these challenges – not just for Arran, but for other island and remote communities as well. The webinar highlighted local solutions and ongoing collaborations to enhance skills development and job opportunities for the community.
