Lunch Clubs

The Lunch Clubs are held weekly on Mondays, alternating between McKelvie Road Sheltered Housing (Lamlash) and Glen Estate Sheltered Housing (Brodick), providing a warm meal and social event for those who may be socially isolated or feeling lonely in life.

 

Lunches at Glen Estate are served at 12pm, while lunch at McKelvie Road is served at 12:30pm. So don't be late, as we wouldn't want you to miss out on our chef's delicious meals.

We can cater to different dietary requirements, as long as we are given notice.

Looking to Volunteer?
  • Volunteer Cooks - This role would include preparing the lunch from around 10/11am ready for serving from 12/12:30pm. If required, a food hygiene certification training course can be carried out online.
  • Volunteer Servers - This role would include in arriving around 11:30am to set up the dining area, serve meals and then help clean up afterwards.
