Arran Community and Voluntary Service is here to support the fantastic work of community groups, charities, volunteers, and individuals across the island. As part of that support, our Administration Assistant offers a wide range of low cost practical services.

Whoever you are, we are on hand to provide the tools, guidance, and resources you need to thrive.

What We Offer:

Printing and Photocopying
We provide affordable, high-quality printing and photocopying in black & white or colour – ideal for newsletters, flyers, posters, meeting papers, and more. If you need help putting together a newsletter, poster, or similar materials, we can assist with that too!

Admin Support
Need help formatting a document, completing a funding application, or creating a poster? We offer friendly and practical assistance to help you get things done.

Digital Access and Support
We can support you with online forms, grant searches, and basic digital troubleshooting if you’re unsure where to start.

Volunteer Support
Whether you're looking to recruit volunteers or are hoping to volunteer yourself, we can help with sign-ups and provide guidance on best practice.

Funding Advice and Guidance
We offer one-to-one support with identifying funding opportunities, completing applications, and preparing supporting materials. We also provide regular updates through our weekly funding bulletin – please email info@arrancvs.org.uk to sign up!

Community Group Support
Thinking of setting up a new group or committee? We can assist with constitutions, governance advice, insurance queries, and navigating third sector regulations.

Promotional Help
Need to spread the word? We can help promote your event or opportunity through our networks, including the weekly bulletin, social media channels, and local noticeboards. We’re also happy to help design promotional materials to advertise your event!

Meeting Space and Local Information
Our office is a welcoming community hub. Pop in for information on local services, training opportunities, or just for a chat about how we can help your group grow.
