Ferry Services Review

Between June and August 2009 there will be opportunities to become involved in a public consultation on ferry services. In line with European Union requirements, the Strategy review will assess all ferry provision and will cover issues such as routes, vessels, fares and competition, to name but a few of those highly relevant to Arran and Cumbrae. There will be online surveys, on-boat surveys, community consultations and workshops on islands and in peninsular areas. It is anticipated that the outcome of the consultation will be prepared for publishing in October 2009.
